Terms and conditions After close of entries a late entry surcharge will be added of £5 . No Refunds after 21st April any changes to existing entries will be subject to a £5 admin fee. All course built by level 2 British Showjumping course builder Mr Mark Baker. Times will be placed on facebook Friday before the comp Prize money will be given at a ratio of 1 to every 5 entries GENERAL RULES MOUNTING /WORKING IN MUST ONLY BE DONE IN DESIGNATED AREAS NOT ON BOX OR CAR PARKS OR HARD STANDING. PONIES AND HORSES MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME AND MUST NOT BE TIED ANYWERE ON THE PREMISES WITHOUT NO HORSES/PONIES MUST USE ANY OF OUR STABLING WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION A FINE OF £25 WILL BE CHARGED TO ANY ONE DOING SO. PRIZE MONEY WILL NOT BE PAID ON LESS THAN 5 FEE PAYING STARTERS, AFTER WHICH PRO RATA 1 EXTRA PRIZE MONEY FOR EVERY 5 STARTERS Correct dress must be worn when entering the arena. Spurs be turned down. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted & and must be Minimum Standard of PAS015. Coughing horses will be asked to leave. Objections in writing to be accompanied by £50 Once your name is on the start sheet refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Prize Money must be collected from the Secretary on the day of the Show or forfeited. The Organiser reserves the right to alter, cancel classes or change arenas as necessary. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for damage, Injury or Loss to Horse, Rider, spectators or any property.
